Her proven success in driving growth and delivering strategic results have successfully transformed businesses by executing innovative talent solutions across global markets.

    Sarah has held senior leadership roles at CRI, ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, and most recently as CEO of Orion Talent. At Orion, she delivered breakthrough results, including 45% EBITDA growth in a single year and the largest talent solutions deals in the company’s history, while earning multiple industry accolades.

    Her global experience includes building ManpowerGroup’s RPO business across Europe and Africa and expanding offshore delivery in LATAM.
