Sandhya Ramesh

Sandhya is an accomplished HR leader with over two decades of global experience. She has successfully steered the people agenda for fast-growing global capability centers and engineering R&D hubs like Aptiv and Walmart. Prior to that, she held senior HR roles at Cognizant and HCL Technologies, where she led functions including Strategic HR Business Partnering, Talent Supply Chain, Diversity & Inclusion, and Internal Communications. Her strengths lie in partnering with business leaders to align talent with growth strategy and in creating compelling, purpose-driven employee experiences.

She is an alumna of BITS Pilani, holding dual degrees in MSc (Hons) Biological Sciences and Master of Management Studies (Hons).
