    As the Chief Delivery Officer, Jit leads the unified delivery function of Mastech Digital, integrating the combined strengths of Data & Analytics and IT Staffing to deliver increased value to clients at higher efficiencies. Jit has 27 years of experience in various industries and international markets as a Business Transformation leader. Through his leadership, Jit has successfully guided organizations through significant transformations and has established and expanded delivery operations at LTIMindtree, Cognizant, Wipro, and DSQ.

    Jit has focused on building lasting connections and strong relationships throughout his career with customers and partners, as well as policymakers and community members. His expertise extends to Digital Transformation, AI, Data and Talent Transformation, and Change Management.

    Jit holds an MBA in Marketing from Andhra University and a Bachelors in Technology from Nagarjuna University. He is currently pursuing his PhD (Executive Fellow Program in Management) at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
