Position: CX Client Partner

We are looking for a Client Partner for our Customer Experience (CX) team. The successful candidate will work on Cloud based projects, and the various solutions that work with this platform to operationalize and provide business insights to our clients.


  • As part of our Corporate Sales team you will be working with Fortune 2000 clients within North America.
  • You will execute on the account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential.
  • Manage complete and complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value of our full suite of applications.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in company CRM
  • Evangelize the Mastech InfoTrellis vision through PoCs, in-market events, and account specific initiatives.


  • 3-5 years of experience selling CX solutions to Enterprise Accounts.
  • A successful track record of selling marketing or CX/CRM software solutions to Fortune 2000 accounts.
  • Ability to utilize existing account relationships and prospect for new accounts to sell our professional services solutions in the CX practice.
  • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO/CFO level.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions.
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles; demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
  • Travel required up to 70%.
  • Bachelor or University Degree
