Position: Business Analyst – Marketing

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work with our clients to gather requirements for their enterprise data architecture program. This role will require working with very senior client personnel for our Fortune 500 clients, primarily in North America.


  • Work closely with the clients, create, and develop strategies to improve processes and suggest solutions to curb expenses / costs and streamline operations.
  • Design and implement both marketing and operational processes to improve client’s experience
  • Support all digital efforts and initiatives across all business channels
  • Adhere to project timelines and budgets
  • Lead the end to end Campaign process and successfully manage the execution
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and IT team to create and develop roadmap, prioritization, and execution


  • Hands-on, proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages, including e-mail, web analytics, social media, CRM, and Marketing Automation platforms (preferably HCL Unica or Oracle Marketing Cloud)
  • 5 years consulting experience in the CX Marketing space or 7 years marketing automation experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Ability to gather technical requirements and translate to a solution design
  • Marketing Strategy experience
  • Strong knowledge of email best practices, including CCPA and GDPR requirements
  • Strong project management and critical thinking skills
  • Relational database or CDP knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas to IT or business executives
  • Proficient in HTML, and CSS and responsive email design is highly desired
